I'm a lucky man. As discussed in a previous posting, I had a health situation from which coming out largely whole -- not to mention coming out at all -- was hardly guaranteed.

I've spent nearly the last four years as a telecommuter -- and let me tell you, it has its benefits:
- From the time I wake up, I can be "on the job" within about a minute
