Presentation @ Austin INFRAGARD Meeting

NY2TX's picture

For anyone who is already a member of the Austin Chapter of INFRAGARD, I have been invited to address the group this Thursday afternoon, July 9th. My presentation is titled, "Brand Protection and Products Security - Economic and Terrorist Implications" (I seem to know "just a little bit about this subject" - even though we still haven't been able to get the funding we need to commercialize our security solution). This is not a company sales pitch.

For those of you who are members, please come. For those of you who might be interested, you can read about the INFRAGARD Central Texas Members Alliance. They won't bite! INFRAGARD is the public-private partnership of the FBI with industry. Membership is vetted, meaning that you have to apply and pass a cursory background check. My experience with the San Antonio Chapter is that the membership is diverse, but has a common interest in infrastructure, cyber and counter-intelligence issues.

Meeting will be held at:

Signature Science office building
8329 MoPac Expressway

Date: Thursday, July 9, 2009
