Save Some Money
Hey Fellow Door64er's I discovered a cool service for people interested in saving a little money. I know things are tight all over, but if you are going to go out, you might as well save 50% on a purchase? A company in town (Localiter) http://www.localiter.com offers discounts to some of the cooler and funkier places in town. Check it out. I have, and love the fact that my money goes twice as far!

This idea is really starting
This idea is really starting to grow. I know of at least two other companies following the same model (offer discounts to companies, typically small and local) that operate in Austin, in addition to the GoLocal card.

Yeah, I've purchased one of the Groupons, but I find their deals hit and miss. On the plus side, they do more than just food (I've seen massage, dentists, and more there).
The other one is thelunchdeal.com. I haven't tried them, but a buddy of mine works for them.

I like these coupons because you just are buying a discount in advance and there are NO restrictions when you use them ant the participating establishment.
