Software development shops: Local

Shopping for a relationship with local software shop.
This is not exactly a job posting, so I'm putting it here. Matt, if it should go elsewhere, let me know.
I'm interested in conversations with local software shops that could, potentially, result in an ongoing business relationship. Primary expertise: Java, XML, and Flash, along with systems integration (enterprise apps) background. Should be able to develop for multiple (common business) OS's, platforms, environments. Ability to take on small -- medium projects; prefer Agile shops.
If you have such an organization and are interested in talking further, let me know.
If you know of such a shop and have a recommendation, let me know that as well.
Thanks,

I work out of my apartment on C# and SQL Server projects on an ad-hoc, as needed basis. In the bigger picture, I'm the right person to call on when the client is unable to articulate their requirements. Much of my work over the last 20 to 30 years has been figuring out what people want when they're not used to formally describing their business processes.

I've worked with APS on a couple small jobs, and one relatively large one, and been quite pleased.
