Is Austin a Happy City?

The United Nations released a World Happiness Report earlier this year that highlights the worlds’ most happy and least happy nations. A number of measures are considered including wealth, political freedom, job security, stable family life just to name a few.

So while there is no official survey on our local happiness, what do you think? Why would you consider Austin a happy city?
