What can we provide?
AFCEA provides an ethical forum in which government, military and industry leaders and decision-makers can meet to exchange ideas and concepts, discuss current problems and solutions, and identify future requirements in the technical disciplines of communications, electronics, intelligence and information systems. The AFCEA forum encourages and enhances open dialogue essential to national and international cooperation and security. This type of knowledge increases job performance and ensures Young AFCEAN's are aligned with the focus of the organizations that they serve.
Specifically, Young AFCEAN's have the opportunity to gain access to senior leaders within the realm of Communications and Electronics. This exposure allows Young AFCEANS to enhance their leadership skills, provides an environment conducive to mentoring and networking, and imparts a better understanding of the “big picture” of our industry. The Young AFCEAN organization offers its members the valuable opportunity to make an impact within the local community while developing their leadership skills.
