SMSDC to hold solar energy workshop Aug. 19

The Southwest Minority Supplier Development Council will host a solar energy workshop, Aug. 19 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the law firm of Jackson Walker, Suite 100, 100 Congress Avenue in Austin. The cost per person is $65. The program will help attendees understand how to expand their businesses with renewable energy.
Bill Guiney, a North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners representative, will advise workshop participants on the steps needed to participate in the solar panel workshop.
