Launch Pad Job Club

LPJC is the largest networking, support, and job leading sharing organization for jobseekers in Austin.

This Friday's speaker is Sheryl Friesz, with 17 years experience as a corporate high-tech recruiter in Silicon Valley. She will discuss the job search process from both sides of the desk, explaining how she identifies and hires talent. She'll also discuss the sticky topic of salary.

New members come at 9:30 a.m. for orientation. The regular meeting begins at 10:00 a.m. Location: Monarch Events Center, 6406 I-35N on the south end of Lincoln Village. The Events Center faces Middle Fiskville Road.
