door64 Austin Meet-up

First one of 2010!!!

This informal door64 meet-up is open to any door64 member interested in meeting other members and/or improving the door64 community. Come on out to network and have a good time in a fun, social atmosphere.

Location:
Triumph Cafe (http://www.triumphcafe.com/) -- Back outdoor patio
3808 Spicewood Springs
Austin, TX 78759
(Coffee/tea available, and lunch for those who want to hang around afterwards. On you, of course.)

Reason:
First, I would be excited to meet you (especially if we haven't met already). It's rather difficult to track down 6500+ people, you know. Both existing and brand new door64 members are most welcome.

Secondly, I constantly aim to take the door64 community in a direction that best serves our members. I would much rather brainstorm with friends about how to achieve this.

Tech Ranch Austin Tour:
Attendees are welcome to swing over to the nearby Tech Ranch Austin start-up accelerator. Learn about their work with local start-ups, and how door64 and Tech Ranch are collaborating. They are located just off 183. The tour starts at 12:45pm. Here's the address (print a map, if you need to):

Hi everyone! Looks like we're having excellent attendance for our first meet-up of 2010. At the Triumph Cafe, there's a patio in the back. If it's not too cold, let's congregate back there.

When you arrive, just find the crowd and introduce yourself to folks. Everyone is there to meet new tech professionals like yourself, so no need to be timid.

If you happen to know of job openings, or have tech or networking-related announcements to share, find me after you arrive.

Finally, remember there's a tour at the Tech Ranch start-up incubator at 12:45pm. If you're planning on going, print out the map tonight.
