Patrick McCormick will share practical steps for performing market analysis and interesting lessons learned from his own experience. He will discuss the importance of research when you start a new projects or businesses. You have to research the potential competitors, determine what the customers are looking for (not what you think they are looking for) be conservative in your projections, be realistic about your abilities and realize you need help of competent people who KNOW HOW TO EXECUTE and will challenge you to be better

Personal Business Profile
Mr. McCormick is an accomplished business professional with extensive cross-functional, international and multi-site experience in product and service based industries; proven ability to initiate and manage change in rapidly evolving business environments; demonstrated business skills in marketing, operations, customer support, corporate change management, and strategic and tactical planning.

Mr. McCormick is an Adjunct Professor of Marketing, at several universities, committed to educating the next generation of business professionals, emphasizing the diversity in today’s global markets and the need for companies to recognize and respond to the evolving needs of their customers.

Work Experience
• Over 25 years with fortune 100 and start up technology companies in managerial and director level positions
• Participated as a founder and corporate officer with three start up operations
• Over 5 years experience with national retail organization in managerial and financial control positions
• Over 6 years in real estate (part time) as owner and broker of Urban Trends LLC.
