Major Networking Event in San Antonio - March 3rd
On March 3 INNOTECH is presenting an Emerging Medical Technology (EMT) conference on March 3rd.

Immediately following the EMT, Technology Connexus Association, a Texas 501(c)3 that works to promote science and technology in the region is hosting the Kick-off Party for INNOTECH. EVERYONE in the community is invited to this FREE event that will feature a panel of respected leaders of the community speaking about "San Antonio - A Hotbed for Innovation and Entrepreneurship." We would be very happy if our friends from Austin came down to be with us for the event.

Panel discussion on "The Future of Innovation & Entrepreneurship in San Antonio Moderated by Cory Hallam, PhD, Director of the Center for Innovation and Technology Entrepreneurship at UTSA. With Panelists: Fred Dinger, President & CEO of ENTrigue Surgical, Inc. York Duncan, President of the Texas Research Park Foundation, Dr. Randy Goldsmith, President and CEO of the Mississippi Technology Alliance and Steve Lutz, Executive Director AT&T, Chairman of the Board SATAI, Technology Committee Chair Greater San Antonio Chamber of Commerce.

Following this panel discussion, there will be a FREE Networking Event and Technology display. We expect more than 300+ people to attend this event.

This looks to be an excellent event that TechConnexus is putting on. I've driven down for a number of them, and they're all very good.

I wish there was a way to

I wish there was a way to arrange "car pools" or bus transport. This promises to be a GREAT event, and one that has the "buy-in" from Innotech. We hope to build on this event and bring more to the San Antonio and South Texas technology community (singular).

Its approx. 175 miles round trip. If there were more people, we'd hire a bus and show the unloading on the nightly news.
