Bio
Jan Triplett, Ph.D. is the CEO of the Business Success Center (BSC) that provides sales, marketing and financial management strategy for small business owners. She has also been asked to advise banks, investors, and grant sources on how to spot business owners with the greatest potential based on her unique set of "success traits". Triplett is the author of A Networker's Guide to Success and Thinking Big, Staying Small , creator of The Owners' MBA, and one of the original founders of The Women's Chamber of Commerce of Texas. She and partner Dan Diener bought and ran the Entrepreneurs' Association from 1992-2000 when they turned it into an incubator and accelerator renaming it the BSC. She is a member of the Central Texas Association of Guaranteed Government Lenders, an NCRC Certified Technical Advisor, and a small business activist. The Austin Business Journal named the BSC as one of Austin's top 20 management consulting firms and the US Small Business Administration cited it as one of the five best small business development programs in the country.
