A new kind of solution, the IBM Intelligent Operations Center for Smarter Cities synchronizes and analyzes efforts among sectors and agencies as they happen, giving decision makers consolidated information that helps them anticipate—rather than just react to problems. This session will describe IBM's Intelligent Operations Center which makes optimal use of all interconnected information available to day to better understand and control a cities operations and optimize the use limited resources.
