In this presentation, we will explore how tools from Total Quality Managment (TQM) methodologies like Six Sigma can help identify, prevent and alleviate project trouble. Real-life case studies from various industries will be used to demonstrate how applications of these TQM tools have helped turn around troubled IT projects.
Mano Bashyam is the Founder and President of IT360 Solutions, Inc. a professional services company specializing in Business Process Improvement and Technology Integration. Before starting IT360 solutions, Mano served as CIO and Director at several Fortune 500 companies. During his tenure, he led teams in large global process and technology management projects such as:
• On-star deployment, Global Y2K PMO for GE
• Build-out of technology for Dell manufacturing facility
• Re-engineering the Stanley Works ERP systems.
Mr. Mano holds a Master's and Doctoral Degree in Engineering from Drexel University and is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt (certified at GE).
