Recommendations for Corporate CPA

Hello all,
This might be the incorrect area to post this, but alas here it is...
I am getting all my ducks in a row to start up a business, just like many other people here on door64.
I am at the point were I need to begin looking for an accountant to set things up for me.
They must be a CPA and have several people on staff in case of emergency tax filings and things of that nature.
Does any of you have great accountant that you could refer?

I'm actually in the same boat that you are in that respect. I've gotten some recommendations that I still have to follow up on. I'll let you know who looks good.

You wouldn't happen to know any programmers that can do C# and want to make games would you? I had to let mine go because he couldn't commit the time needed to make progress on our game.
