Women Re-entering Technology Careers
Women Re-entering Technology Careers (WRTC) allows women an open forum to discuss their experiences returning to the technology workforce after a break for whatever reason. All input is appreciated and it need not be just from women – it can also come from men that have friends, wives, girlfriends, sisters, mothers, or daughters that have gone through this experience or are going through this experience. We want the group to be a gathering point for women to ask questions openly, receive and give advice, and mentor each other through the process. Our hope is that this group becomes a focal point for online and face-to-face networking and mentoring so we can help each other further our careers.
Feel free to post your questions, ask for advice, and offer your experiences as a tool from which all of us can learn. If you’re a technology professional in Central Texas and have a question or a story to share about your career, we want to hear from you!
