Technology Support Technician
Support of network infrastructures and server administration with some desktop support. Support of existing clients. Setup of new clients with site surveys and initial onsite work.
Support of new products and services from development to launch.
At least 5 years experience in the field, or the ability to learn quickly and the passion to do so.
Need someone who is willing to help bring in new clients via our custom marketing programs.
Background in website construction and related technologies is helpfull.
Experience with Apple products.
Knowledge of Acronis, gotoassist, gotomeeting, and similar products.
Experience in technical training.
Started in Dallas are back in 1976 and now helping clients in VA and Texas plus other states. Developing new services for customers based on new innovations n technology.
