Helpdesk Support/ System Analyst

POSITION OVERVIEW
This position reports to the IT Manager and will be responsible for Tier-1 support for the Austin, TX office. The candidate will work closely with other IT team members in New York and San Francisco offices to support other remote, roaming and global staff.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls, email, ticketing system or personnel requests for technical support. Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.

SPECIFIC SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
3-5 years experience troubleshooting all recent Mac, Windows operating systems including common office application enviroments. Proficient with supporting all mobile platforms (Blackberry/Android/iOS). General knowledge of IP networking and routing protocols. Candidate must posess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Degree in technology related fields and/or industry certifications preferred.
