Required skills:

2+ years of experience of web development using .NET
Ability to work in a small team environment
Excellent communication skills

Preferred skills:

2+ years experience with a scripting language such as PHP, Cold Fusion, etc.
Experience with plugin's for MS Desktop Office apps
