Senior Analyst, Customer Relations & Analytics

Position Summary:
The Senior Analyst, Customer Relations & Analytics supports the Customer Relations Team and Sr. Management Team by examining customer data to analyze trends and identify key conclusions and actionable recommendations to improve sales/or churn performance.. Responsibilities include working with a team of data analysts, managing and analyzing customer data, automating analysis processes, and proposing solutions. This position requires superior cross-functional communication skills and managerial competency.
Position Responsibilities:
Manage and improve multiple database systems that track customer data and segmentation;
Work with a team of analysts to deliver timely & actionable information to the Customer Relations and Sr. Management Teams;
Using customer databases, automate recurring reports to monitor and analyze customer trends and significant changes in customer behavior;
Develop customer segmentation based on lifetime value and provide recommendations on how to increase segment-specific lifetime value;
Respond to quick turn-around requests from the Sr. Management Team regarding questions concerning customer statistics or behavior.
Minimum 7-10 years experience in data management and statistical analysis, data warehousing or mining, and customer segmentation
Minimum 2 years experience managing a team
Graduate Degree in finance, statistics, IT, or economics strongly preferred with a strong business background
Experience developing predictive statistical models using SAS
Expertise in software such as SAS 9.2, PL SQI, T SQL, VBA/VBS, SQL Reporting, Oracle, and experience operating in a multi-system environment
Superior verbal and written communications skills, with ability to tailor the message to individuals and audiences across the organization – must be comfortable communicating with Sr. Management Team in addition to communicating with and managing IT/Data Analysts
Strong analytical, problem analysis, and problem-solving skills
Strong Microsoft Office skills
