Solutions Support Engineer

We are now seeking a Solution Support Engineer to join our amazing team in Austin, Texas. This is an opportunity to work with a global industry leader and to be able to perform a variety of functions.
In this role you will provide:

• Customer Support for Java-based telecom server software products
• POSIX (Linux/Sun/HP) Server and hardware administration
• Support for Oracle databases
• PL/SQL tools and statistics scripting
• Network administration – Unix/Linux admin skills (SSH, SFTP, VI)
• SNMP monitoring
