Project Lead

We are looking for people who want to re-define the way business is done online. Ecommerce is undergoing a period of disruptive change as new models emerge that are dramatically outperforming tired web storefronts. We need creative thinkers to help design, assemble and continually improve upon new ecommerce concepts for our leading clients.
We believe in doing things right and having fun along the way. We believe in being part of broader communities (open source, ecommerce, design) and part of a thriving, global, connected Optaros community. We believe in a culture where we mentor each other, say what we think, and contribute our talents to making this company great.
Summary
The Project Lead in our Support and Operations team maximizes the stability, availability and performance of our eCommerce solutions, working closely with key contacts at our customer site as well as assigned internal team members. Project Leads coordinate and prioritize the deployment of new enhancements and defects to the customer’s production environment. A Project Lead typically leads a project team of 5 or fewer people, frequently assuming business analysis responsibility as well as filling the project management role. Project Leads manage the client relationship at the manager level and have a high-level of commitment to client success. Project leads work with Support management to make sure ongoing support is delivered on-time and on-budget while remaining profitable.
