Senior Software Engineer
The Senior Software Engineer is responsible for coding, testing and implementing products for Mitratech’s corporate legal automation software suite. Responsibilities include reviewing technical requirements and developing code using the Java programming language for an enterprise grade application.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create application and systems designs that fulfill complex requirements
- Suggests alternative design approaches as appropriate
- Develop software to implement designs
- Mentor other team members on the product architecture and technologies.
- Work as a senior team member in Agile/Scrum environment
- Ensure that all enhancements, bug fixes, and new products are documented.
- Work with various teams in the organization to ensure appropriate project requirements are met.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Expertise in the following: Java EE, JavaScript, Spring MVC, Hibernate or EclipseLink
- Experience with one or more of the following: WebLogic, WebSphere, JBoss
- Experience with web services development
- Self-reliant and motivated self-starter
- Ability to work well within group or individually on projects
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
