Job Description:
The IT Specialist will be responsible for implementation and oversight of a wide variety of Information Technology tasks including:

•IT systems administration tasks in Windows
•Maintain a proactive approach against internal systems issues through the use of Active directory and other regulatory and management applications.
•Manage Email and Exchange environments.
•Telecom Maintenance, Monitoring, Upgrading and Implementation
•Cellular Phone Maintenance and troubleshooting (Android and iPhone)
•VoIP Server Maintenance and Usage
•PC/Server Configuration and Maintenance
•PC software support to include antivirus, MS Office, and other essential PC software
•Building Security and Biometric implementation, usage and maintenance
•Video Surveillance backup and maintenance
•Internal Trouble ticketing review and resolution for CSID employees
•Monitoring of internal CSID bandwidth, CPU, and core system utilization
•Implement, maintain, and monitor CSID systems and network infrastructure.
•Adhere and maintain proper auditing in accordance withSAS70 and PCI ComplianceStandards.
•Technical Documentation “how to’s” of CSID systems
•Implement, maintain, and monitor XenServer Virtualization infrastructure.
•Develop, test, and maintain scalable software solutions for CSID infrastructure.
•Interface and test with software vendors to ensure the smooth deployment of new CSID systems

Job Requirements:
The IT Specialist must have the ability to debug operating systems, web servers, and be familiar with monitoring tools in Windows, Linux and other proprietary monitoring applications. The candidate must also be competent with:

•Windows Operating Systems
•Microsoft Office Applications
•Microsoft Exchange Server
•Enterprise Anti-Virus
•VoIP Phone Systems and Configuration
•Routers, Switches and complex network configurations
•Sonicwall NSA series or equivalent firewalls
•Sonicwall CDP or equivalent CDP solution
•XenServer Virtualization
•SpiceWorks

Qualifications: 

This position should expect to complete tasks as required independently and with minimum support from executive staff. The optimal candidate should have strong abilities to grasp new technologies and acquire new skills through independent study and interaction with other team members. The optimal candidate will have a good mix of help-desk, project management, troubleshooting, and technical implementation experience, good time management and communication skills.

Required Skills:
•BS, BA in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, MIS or relevant technology degree or relevant work experience in similar environment
•Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities
•Must be able to execute all tasks with exceptional attention to detail.
•Must have ability and desire to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced start-up environment and be able to handle several projects and tasks simultaneously
•Must possess excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills
