SR Software Engineer
Technical Qualifications:
• 6+ years of professional experience
• Extensive .NET experience (Advanced Java knowledge is an acceptable alternative)
• Extensive experience with SQL database design, maintenance and development
• Advanced knowledge of all of the following: C#, JavaScript, AJAX , HTML
• Strong knowledge of using and building data access layers and ORMs
• Ability to design and write reliable, high-performance, and maintainable code
• Ability to re-factor and re-structure code for maintainability
• Ability to debug and resolve existing bugs in complex systems
• Knowledge of best practices; including patterns and practices
• Deep understanding of what makes for performant web applications
• nUnit or other unit testing experience
Preferred Experience:
• Experience in an Agile software development environment
• Entity Framework and LINQ
• jQuery and creating JavaScript libraries
• Experience with URL rewriting
• IIS configuration and set-up
• SQL Server performance tuning experience
• HTML5/CSS3
• nUnit/qUnit/Selenium/Test Studio
