QA Manager
The Cache IQ QA Leader will be responsible for the overall quality of the RapidView and RapidCache products. They will lead a team of highly skilled professionals to define the right processes and implement the right test plans, to insure that we deliver enterprise level quality to our customers. This position will report to the EVP of Products and Strategy.

Beyond these high level must-haves, we’ll be looking for the right combination of the following specific skills:
5+ years test/test leadership experience
Experience in leading a group of focused technologists, setting appropriate priorities and goals for the team
Experience in network file-based storage
Experience in Web based GUI testing
Experience in network or storage based automated testing
Some networking experience with at least a basic understanding of switching and routing
Experience with Linux or other Unix variants
Experience with various QA processes and tools and the ability to identify the right set of tools/processes for Cache IQ
Strong ability to collaborate with other QA, Engineering and Product Manager employees to assist in defining, documenting, and maintaining functional test plans as well as insuring the product is testable
Cache IQ is a fast-paced startup based in Austin, TX. Our organization is changing the face of Networked Storage by delivering the first Intelligent NAS Acceleration device. We are looking for several Quality Assurance professionals with a strong Networking and/or Storage background to facilitate the delivery of our products to market. One of these key roles is for a hands-on QA Leader (QA Lead Engineer or QA Manager).
