Front End Developer
BuildaSign.com is looking for a Front End Developer to join its talented team. The primary responsibility for this position is HTML/CSS and JavaScript development for full projects, landing pages, emails, and site improvements, while using semantic and standards compliant code. Responsibilities:
The primary objective of this position is:
HTML/CSS/JavaScript Development
Qualifications
-A team player with a great attitude and understanding of in-house and production design work
-4+ years’ experience with HTML and CSS. Familiar with HTML5 and CSS3.
-At least 1 year of working knowledge of JavaScript and/or jQuery Library
-Knowledge of newsletter development and email client limitations
-Adobe Photoshop and Fireworks
-Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and limitations
-Knowledge of current Web Standards
-Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment
-Ability to conceptualize projects from both a programming perspective and a business point of view
-Excellent communication and follow-up skills
-Strong proactivity
-Hours flexibility Mon-Fri, especially around launch of major marketing campaigns (weekend help needed rarely)
-Experience working with Content Management Systems
