We are looking for someone to help us develop software that will enable non-profit organizations to raise millions of dollars every year. We need smart people that like solving customer problems in software. The solutions you write will be used by millions of people on the Internet when they go to donate to the American Red Cross, the American Cancer Society, Livestrong, and all of our other clients. We power the most popular non-profit web sites on the Internet.

Summary:
As a Software Engineer with our company, you will work as a team of engineers to rapidly develop and deploy our software to our production systems in a Software as a Service model. You should be passionate about customer satisfaction and customer success.

Qualifications: 

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or related work experience equivalent

Preferred Skills:
Java
SQL
SalesForce.com development a plus
Smart person
Capable of completing tasks on schedule
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well on a team with others
Over 5 years experience doing web application software development
Proven track record of delivering software on schedule to client expectations
