Senior Systems Administrator
We are looking for a Senior Systems Administrator to work in our client’s infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience supporting production systems.
Responsibilities
• Monitor/Configure alerting systems
• Enhance build deployment architecture
• Build VMware virtual machine library
• Document policies and procedures
• Apply security, software/OS patches
Required
• 5+ years of experience with Linux, VMware ESX and enterprise backup
• 5+ years of experience with on call rotation
• 3+ years of experience with Windows Server 2000 – 2008 R2 and Active Directory
• 2+ years of experience with Ubuntu
• 2+ years of experience with EqualLogic SAN
• Bash scripting experience for Linux and shell scripts for Windows
• Knowledge of VCenter and virtual switch configuration
• Configuration experience with systems monitoring (Nagios, Zenoss, SiteScope, OpenView etc.)
