Job Description: 
SW - Software Engineering / Programmer
Location: 
Austin Metro

Our client is seeking a passionate and driven Web Java Developer for a six month contract located in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities:
• Java, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and AJAX design/development
• Develop applications using Java libraries
• Agile development

Qualifications: 

Requirements:
• Technical Bachelor’s Degree required
• 5+ years of experience with Java web development
• 2+ years of experience with Servlets/JSP
• 3+ years of experience with Hibernate, EJB and JDBC
• 4+ years of experience with SQL
• 5 + years HTML/XHTML
• 5 + years OOD/OOP

Preferences:
• Experience with Java community toolkits (Hibernate, Tapestry, JForms)
• Eclipse, SVN, or ANT
• Experience with Flash, Shockwave, Director11
• Experience programming Web Portals
• AJAX or JavaScript programming experience
• Web Services or SOA experience
• SOAP
