How I will Support Your Project:

I will deliver an efficient, economical solution to your web application requirements by providing a rational approach to workflow mapping and web application deployment.

Process Mapping

The key to choosing the most appropriate web applications to fit your business requirements is a thorough documentation and mapping of every process, sub process and steps within the sub processes.

As I document the processes I am able to begin determining who the actors are and to building use cases.

Use Case Scenarios

The use case scenarios will contain the processes, steps within the processes, substeps within the steps and, which actors are involved.

I study the completed process maps and will utilize your KPI data to determine the best methods to sequence the workflows to meet your high-level objectives for the business.

I perform an analysis of the job requirements vs job performance of the actors. From this comparison I develop a comprehensive task list. In some cases I may need to generate scorecards for this, if your company does not currently have measures in place.

The key objectives on the scorecard must tie directly to the high-level objectives for your business.

The actors’ objectives must tie directly to the key objectives on your scorecard.

Application Selection

If you have not already selected an application I will make recommendations to you.

We will work together to determine whether the application will meet your objectives with no customization. If customization is needed I will help you find the right people for the job.

Application Install/Configuration

If you have not already installed the required application(s) I will do this or will help with it.

After the installation I will work with you to configure the application.

I will write test scenarios and will test the application for functionality, or will work with your UAT to perform testing.

I will work with you to take that feedback and resolve any issues.

Training

I will provide training for:

• IT staff
• Application Administrators
• End users/operators, if applicable

Documentation

I will produce documentation, such as:
• Software Function Manuals
• Technical Step/Action Manuals
• Process Step/Action Manuals
• Job Aids
• Communication Documents/Huddle Documents
• Video Documentation of Processes
• Electronic Manuals
