Background information

I have worked at Dell for about 2 1/2 years on Redhat Linux VMware ESX and Novell systems working on everything from basic support to Severity 1 issues from hard drive failures to database corruption on all Dell servers.

I also have worked for a small wireless company (jarrell Wifi) for the past 6 months part time setting up wireless connections and fixing minor issues as they come about.
