Looking for part-time .Net coding help

We are building a resume search and relevancy ranking service with a Fortune 50 client - and we hope to soon have our next client and then begin to move this service out into the market. We are in need of a good part-time .Net coder to help with some of the infrastructure and feature sets. Probably only ~20 hours a month to start and then hopefully move up from there.
