My background is running subsidiaries and divisions of large and midsize companies in various industries including medical devices, semiconductors, computer hardware, diagnostic imaging, avionics, water services, GPS, military & commercial electronics, and software.

I am experienced in Mergers and Acquisitions, and I have global experience managing organizations in France, England and Canada.
