Have you heard about this? I can not find any further information about it.

Citigroup is scouting several sites in the Austin, Texas area for a $475 million data center, according to local media. The huge bank's interest reinforces the status of the Austin market as one of the hottest areas for new enterprise data centers. Hewlett-Packard has committed to build two major facilities in Austin, which is also on the short list for a huge Microsoft data center project. That's in addition to Zydeco Development's proposed data center park and plans by Digital Realty Trust to expand its Austin facility.
Citigroup is considering a site in Georgetown in the northern suburbs of Austin, and working with local officials on potential incentives. The Georgetown City Council is said to be preparing a package that would include property tax abatements for 10 years. "We feel good about it, but until that package is completely done, it's not a done deal," Georgetown Economic Development Director Mark Thomas told KXAN-TV.
Citigroup has looked at several sites nationwide, including at least one other site in the Austin area at Round Rock. No proposals have been taken to the Round Rock council.
The Austin market is benefitting from a combination of affordable energy, quality work force and an established technology community that includes Dell, AMD, the SEMATECH chip research consortium and IBM's Pervasive Advanced Technology Laboratory. Energy costs are a huge factor in data center construction, as shown by the recent boom in central Washington, where cheap hydro-electric power has attracted new data center projects from Microsoft, Yahoo and Sabey Corp. While not quite as cheap as in San Antonio, electric power in Austin is more affordable than in many tech hubs with airports for easy access. Austin is also a leader in clean energy technologies, with active support from local utilities.

The horse's mouth is http://kxan.com ... that's the "local news source" they're citing:
One of the world's biggest banking groups is considering building a massive new data center in Central Texas.
Georgetown is working to lure the company, which has checked out several sites nationwide, including another city in the Austin-region.
Citigroup told KXAN NBC Austin they plan to build a $475 million data processing center with about 50 new jobs.
They're considering this part of Georgetown near I-35 and Inner Loop as potential incentives are hammered out.
Not to put the cart before the horse in what could happen in this open land, but there's some optimism about the potential to get Citigroup to move in.
"We feel good about it, but until that package is completely done, it's not a done deal," Georgetown Economic Development Director Mark Thomas said.
Georgetown City Council approved drawing up an incentive package that would include property tax abatements for 10 years. There would be a new wastewater line to the area.
The city expects to reap benefits from the potential for a nearly half-billion dollar project getting built.
"Well the return on investment is an estimated $21 million to the city revenue over the next 10 years. I mean that's just good news for everybody. That would be a combination of property taxes and through the utilities," Thomas said.
Some other businesses like the Diva Furniture Store, see future economic development as a way to keep attracting people into the city.
"Word of mouth is so great. And people love to come downtown so [that] they don't have to really take off to Austin. And that's been very blessful," Blanche Mitchell with the Diva Furniture Store said.
Georgetown hopes to have its incentives finalized sometime within the next 90 days.
Citigroup says they have looked at several sites nationwide, and we learned that site consultants visited Round Rock. Nothing has been taken to their city council.
