One question I've had that hasn't yet been answered... In what part of town are Rackspace's Austin facility(ies?) located? Location makes a big difference to some of us... For example, I live in the Pflugerville area, so south Austin would be a pretty bad commute... likewise, for people who live south, they probably wouldn't find Round Rock a palatable commute.
