As a Technical Operations Manager for GenBand , David Franklin has been intimately involved in implementing numerous Salesforce initiatives throughout his organization. In this meeting, we will draw upon David's high-level experience as he shows us how to effectively identify and implement new applications available through the AppExchange.

Paul Underbrink, a local Salesforce rep and Principal Sales Engineer for enterprise accounts, will cover the latest developments, including new features in the Spring 2008 release.
