Course Description:
The program is an intensive 3-week, instructor-led course that:
• Provides an in-depth understanding of all of the ITIL disciplines, including objectives, terminology, responsibilities, and critical success factors
• Helps the attendee to obtain ITSM Certification
Attendee Profile
The program is a Master-level training course for professionals responsible for managing, implementing or advising on ITIL processes and could include IT Managers, Business Managers, Project Managers and IT Service Management practitioners.
Prerequisites
The attendee must be certified in ITIL Foundations and have at least 2 years of supervisory or management experience in IT, preferably in IT Service Management.
