Worked at Affiliated Computer Services / Now a Xerox company for 10 years. I was promoted and transfered 4 times, Ultimately running a National Business Unit with about 8 million dollars in revenue. I raised profit from a historic 6% profit to over 20% Profit in the first 6 months and kept it there for 4 years. I accomplished this by creating an atmosphere of innovation at every level of my organization.

I also supported document imaging and data capture in the US, Canada, Europe and Central America.

After leaving ACS I formed my own consulting firm, DMGSouth. I am passionate about turning people into innovators. Innovative people are happier, make more profit and are more loyal to their companies.

I have worked with many companies since leaving ACS. I look forward to helping people live better lives through learning how to be better innovators.
