Blogging for Business

I'd love to see some blogs that are obvious "sales pitches" for the blogger. Whether the person is a coder or a writer. It would just be pretty interesting to see how people are selling themselves online.
For a technical person, I think someone who equally demonstrates their abilities and critical thinking skills, and an upbeat sense of humor (keeping the reader interested and smiling) has a good chance of creating a blogsphere presence that employers may actively pursue. The online persona becomes a resume of sorts. If someone is clever enough, then obvious personal sale pitches may not be necessary.
