Background information

Manages implementation of payment, fraud management and order review software application for key Tier-1 accounts, performing role of Customer Advocate for 120 accounts. Responsible for sustaining & growing client relationships, obtaining incremental sales and minimizing customer turnover. Identifies and escalates problems as necessary. Discovers opportunity within current customer base by identifying needs and finding solutions to accomplish customer goals and initiatives.

* Implemented new RR system application

* Managed implementation and led project team of 25+ members resulting in annual $5M revenue
