I am a degreed IT specialist with a strong background of fundamentals and 4 years of experience in a broad range of areas. I earned a Bachelors of Science in Computer & Information Technology in 2006 and have since held positions as a Jr. Network Analyst, Customer Support Analyst and Systems Administrator.
May 2009 - Present
-Provide daily support (onsite and remote) of applications on desktops, laptops and servers; perform upgrades and apply patches as needed
-Respond to and track Help Desk issues related to hardware, software, network, printers and servers
-Manage user accounts, access rights, application access and email accounts
-Administer and support mobile devices such as Blackberry and iPhone
-Create user documentation to assist in remote operation and troubleshooting
-Repair computers to maintain speed, reliability, and efficiency of operation; build and maintain images of standard operating systems & applications
