Managed the team that designed, developed and maintained a web-based system (ColdFusion / SQL Server) for Brazos Student Loan Corporation including student loan applications, master promissory notes, electronic signature features, and administration of student loan applications. Selected the Mach-II MVC framework to support enhancements written using ColdFusion MX 7, SQL Server and XML.

09/2000 – 01/31/2001 LeapNet, Inc.
Managed a team of internet developers charged with creating a pilot integrated justice system facilitating electronic access and exchange of critical case information.

03/1997 – 03/31/2000 TRW, Inc.
Directed the collection of business rules from COBOL, Assembler and Natural programs and later managed DBAs and data analysts within the scope of a project to reengineer legacy applications into an enterprise-wide client server system.

01/1994 - 08/1996 University of Texas at Austin
Managed the Data Processing Services Section of the Department of Utilities and Energy Management, which had systems on multiple platforms, including an IBM mainframe, UNIX servers and workstations, Macintosh computers, Windows NT servers, and OS/2 workstations.

Represented CW Systems Inc. as a Technical Manager in the Austin area on numerous projects. Job duties involved all aspects of project management and client relations, including preparation of project proposals, estimates, schedules, and progress reporting.

Responsible for the maintenance and development of systems for the physical plant of a major university, including Work Order System, Contract Tracking System, Inventory System, Keys Inventory System, Preventive Maintenance System, Safety Office System and Project Tracking System.
