Managed the team that designed, developed and maintained a web-based system (ColdFusion / SQL Server) for Brazos Student Loan Corporation including student loan applications, master promissory notes, electronic signature features, and administration of student loan applications. Selected the Mach-II MVC framework to support enhancements written using ColdFusion MX 7, SQL Server and XML.

Managed a team of internet developers charged with creating a pilot integrated justice system facilitating electronic access and exchange of critical case information.

Directed the collection of business rules from COBOL, Assembler and Natural programs and later managed DBAs and data analysts within the scope of a project to reengineer legacy applications into an enterprise-wide client server system.

Represented CW Systems Inc. as a Technical Manager in the Austin area on numerous projects. Job duties involved all aspects of project management and client relations, including preparation of project proposals, estimates, schedules, and progress reporting (see below).

Participated in the design and implementation of the Registration and Titling System (RTS) developed in NATURAL/ADABAS for the IBM mainframe and OS/2 client/server environments.

Participated in the transportation of a Human Resources System written in NATURAL from an IBM platform to the DEC VMS environment.

Participated in the reengineering of a contract information system for the Texas Department of Highways and Public Transportation.
Responsible for enhancements to various financial sub-systems, primarily general ledger and accounts payable.

Designed and implemented a PC-based data entry front-end for the PEIMS system that mapped 3DI forms to a set of relational tables.

Participated in the design of an on-line Gas Accounting System for a chemical company.

Participated in the coding and implementation of a Design Construction Information System for State of Texas Highways and Public Transportation Department.
