Major emphasis on flat panel displays and micro controllers. Initially was sole support for flat panel sales. Major lines supported include Atmel, Renesas, Aeon, Samsung, Fairchild, TDK, Supertex and Semtech.
Successfully completed Renesas certification yearly, initiated and conducted customer training seminars in Austin, Houston and San Antonio, won 1st place in an all distributor FAE training seminar 2003, and my team won 1st place for an All American training seminar 2004.
Assisted design in of Atmel ARM microcontoller at Lancer, design in of microcontoller at ELO Touch, designed in Aaeon “Boxer” computer at General Solutions, designed in Seiko display currently being used by 3M Cable Locater and designed in Omnivision cameras at Laser Shot Technologies.
I have been in the South Texas market for over sixteen years and have an intimate knowledge of those customers, their products and their engineers. I have a data base of over 1,000 engineers.
Assisted customers in device selection, development system configuration, training and design assistance. Duties also included giving customer seminars, training sales personnel, attending training workshops and giving technical support to the programming center.

Assisted outside sales personnel with the design in of focus products which included PLD’s, FPGA’s, DSP’s, and micro controllers. Lines trained and certified in include Xilinx, Lattice, T.I., (ACTEL),AMD, Philips, and Synario. Design tools used included schematic capture, VHDL, boolean entry and simulators. Responsible for all customer engineers in the central United States. First distributor FAE recipient in Texas of the Xilinx Special Forces award 7-10-1991. Attended multiple classes and received certificates of completion on TI DSP's. Consistently had the highest customer attendance for Xilinx, TI and other manufacturers sales seminars.
