Austin Indie is a new casual coworking group for independent game developers in Austin, Texas.

Our meetings are every Thursday from 10am to 4pm at Genuine Joe Coffeehouse, 2001 West Anderson Lane.

Coworking is an emerging work trend. It is a regular social gathering of a independent business owners and freelancers, who are are interested in the synergy that can happen from working with other talented people in the same space.

Austin Indie is a good place to:
1) meet other independent game developers
2) ask for advice
3) form teams
4) add a social component to your day, and break up the monotony of working alone
5) get free wifi
6) have an office for a day paid for in tips and buying java

Remember to bring you laptops, and please tell all your friends!
