About the Outside Sales Representative Position: ePsolutions is looking to hire an Outside Sales Representative to join the team. We are looking for a highly motivated, goal-oriented individual who will be responsible for generating new customer accounts, driving company revenue, and managing customer accounts. Ideal candidates will be proactive, professional, and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities: • Manages full sales cycle for ePsolutions’s enterprise software offering, including prospecting, cold-calling, and new business development • Provides primary contact and client management for assigned clients • Understands client’s business needs and proactively looks for ways to add value and improve client perceptions of ePsolution’s products • Cultivates relationships with decision makers at client organizations • Identifies and facilitates opportunities for additional revenue generation • Works with internal operational groups to ensure customer transactions are processed accurately and efficiently • Keeps updated on all company product offerings and attends training as needed
Requirements: • Minimum 4-year college degree • 3+ years successful experience in Enterprise Software Sales • Proven track record of consistently exceeding annual sales objectives • Strong focus on customer service, with proven ability to build strong customer relationships • Experience managing a full sales cycle, with excellent prospecting, “solution selling,” and closing skills • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong problem solving and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives under demanding deadlines • Proficient with MS Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
