The Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating resources to ensure timely implementations of Simpler-Webb's Managed Services and efficient distribution, escalation, and resolution of daily case queues. The Service Coordinator will communicate regularly with managed services engineers, the Service Desk, clients, consultants, and sales to enable consistent messaging and client satisfaction. Reporting to Consulting Manager, this is a full-time position based in Austin, TX. Responsibilities
