HR Training for Managers/Leaders (Non-HR People)
SP3 Group, Inc., a Human Resources solutions company, in conjunction with St. Edwards Professional Education Center (PEC), has developed a curriculum of courses to equip non-HR professionals to deal with fundamental HR issues in the workplace. Experience has shown that when front line leaders are more aware of and better prepared to recognize issues and their potential consequences, their employers have fewer disruptive situations and productivity is enhanced. These PEC classes will actually free up management time that might often be diverted toward handling issues that can be effectively resolved by the front line leaders.
This month we are launching the program with the first class, Legal Compliance: Avoiding Legal Hassles. It is scheduled to be held on May 20-21st, and will subsequently be offered monthly as justified by demand. Subsequent courses to be offered will cover topics such as “Retention”, “Hiring”, and “Workforce Productivity”.
There is an inaugural discount for anyone who enrolls, plus, if you register two or more enrollees from the same company and mention that you heard about this from SP3 Group you get an additional 10% discount.
