Small World Labs: Making it a Small World After All

Businesses are being driven to have closer ties to their customers and Small World Labs is helping businesses build collaborative relationships with its customers over the Internet. The result is engagement between a company and it customers that improves understanding of customer needs and provides bettercustomer service that creates a closer relationship. Michael Wilson, CEO of Small World Labs, will speak about this concept at TAG’s meeting on Friday, May 30th. The breakfast meeting is 7 a.m. at The Austin Club, 110 East 9th.

This program is a continuing part of TAG’s focus on innovative new technology based businesses that provide a glimpse of the area’s economic future.
